Publications results 2023

For the year 2023, McCann Erickson Paris achieved 97/100 on the gender equality index.
This result breaks down as follows:

  • Gender pay gap: 37/40 points
  • Distribution of individual raises: 35/35 points
  • Number of women receiving raises on return from maternity leave: 15/15 points
  • Gender diversity within the ten highest-paid employees: 10/10 points

 

Gender equality in the workplace is an issue to which we are and will remain committed and extremely vigilant.
Thanks to the measures already put in place within our agency over the past few years, the index has improved significantly for the year 2023.

We will be pursuing our efforts over the coming year by continuing to implement measures designed to guarantee professional equality between women and men.
